Armenian NGO's in Tbilisi protest against RA-Turkish protocols
"We are for opening of Armenian-Turkish borders but without Protocols containing preconditions," said Alexander Ohanyan, Head of Armenian Cooperation Center of Georgia.

Border, according to him, should be opened by Turkey which unilaterally closed it in 1993 violating international acts. "We protest against Protocols. By ratifying them, Armenia will de jure recognize Turkey's current borders, thus depriving its people of the right to visit their historical lands," Ohanyan noted.

In case Armenian and Turkish President sign Protocols in Zurich on October 10, organization, together with Union of Armenian Students of Georgia, will organize protest in front of RA Embassy building. Protesters will submit an open letter addressed to RA Parliament and President.
