Armenian soldiers need patriotic education, Lieutenant General Norat Ter-Grigoryants stated at round table discussions. "It's important for Armenian military personnel to have a command of Russian language. In case of Turlkey's attack, Armenian armed forces must be able to establish contact with Russian troops," Lieutenant General Norat Ter-Grigoryants stated.


In his turn, RA Artists Union Chairman Karen Aghamyan stated that Diaspora representatives' works will be displayed at commemorative exhibition dedicated to Armenian Genocide 95th anniversary. The exhibition will also be held in Moscow.
