Chief of the UN Development Program Mark Brown welcomed the policy pursued by the Armenian Government to reduce poverty, as well as to improve of mechanisms of coordination of international donor organizations' activity. In the course of the meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margarian taken place within the framework of «Development Funding» UN conference being held in Monterey, Mark Brown noted that UNDP could intensify its contribution to the regional cooperation, stimulation of export, development of information technologies in Armenia in the near future.
