Ruling coalition forces waived evening speeches at the RA National Assembly meeting on October 27, commemorating victims of October 27, 1999 tragic event. Head of the parliamentary faction of the Republican Party of Armenia , Galust Sahakyan encouraged other factions to follow their example.
