Elhan Polukhov not properly informed of Karabakh peace talks
The principles and norms of international law cannot be interpreted based on one country's perceptions. Self-determination and territorial integrity mean what they mean, otherwise, United Nations wouldn't now have 192 member-states, MFA Spokesman Tigran Balayan told today a news conference, answering a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter's question.

Commenting on Georgian MFA official representative Elhan Polukhov's recent statement, he said, "People like Polokhov think they possess more information than those directly involved in Karabakh peace talks."

Touching upon Armenian FM Edward Nalbandyan's statement on NKR status currently being "not the only issue on table", Polukhov announced recently that such statements are intended for domestic consumption. "Edward Nalbandyan is perfectly aware of the range of issues discussed in the negotiation process," he said.
