Turkey's position on Karabakh creates extra impediments
Turkey should not link current rapprochement process with Karabakh conflict settlement. Such position will create extra impediments for Nagorno Karabakh, Armenian FM Edward Nalbandyan said in an interview with Japanese Yomiuri newspaper.

"There is already an NK conflict settlement format with the involvement of Russia, U.S. and France. That's OSCE Minsk Group which contributes to achieving progress." Should Turkey link bilateral relations with Karabakh conflict, that'll cause harm to both processes, Minister said.

At that he noted that Ankara and Yerevan have agreed to establish ties without preconditions. "Anyway, we intend to proceed with our effort towards achieving international recognition of 1915 Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Empire," Nalbandyan stressed.
