Tigran Sargsyan: ArmTech should develop
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan is completing his working visit to San Jose, U.S., which hosts ArmTech congress, the RA government's information center reported.
"ArmTech should develop. The meetings held on the Congress sidelines helped prioritize measures to be taken for implementation of new IT programs. Moreover, Armenia should have its own Blue Ocean Strategy ," PM Sargsyan said.
