RA President Serzh Sargsyan will open Armenian Cultural Center in Kaliningrad on November 11. The ceremony will be attended by Kaliningrad oblast governor Georgy Boos and other officials.

The building will host a library, Sunday school, consulate, exhibition and concert halls.
