2/3 of Armenia's GDP decline conditioned by construction reduction
"Over 9 months of 2009 GDP declined by 18.3 per cent, which is quite a negative index," Permanent Representative of International Monetary Fund in Armenia Nienke Oomes told a press conference in Yerevan.
