Turkey may drag out ratification of Protocols till April
Turkey tries to drag out ratification of the Armenian-Turkish Protocols by April, Alexander Manasyan , Doctor of Philosophy and political scientist told a news conference in Yerevan on Wednesday.

According to him, delaying ratification of the Protocols, Ankara seeks to win concessions in the Karabakh conflict and become a major actor in the resolution process.

"Armenia should clearly formulate that the Armenian-Turkish reconciliation is not related to the Karabakh conflict settlement," Manasyan stressed. "We should not expect major achievements or losses from the meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents in Munich. Tangible changes in the Karabakh conflict settlement are not expected soon."
