Tigran Sargsyan: Armenia-India economic collaboration has great development potential
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met the newly-appointed Indian Ambassador to Armenia Achal Kumar Malhotra, governmental press service reported.
Congratulating Achal Kumar Malhotra on his appointment, the Premier expressed hope that the ambassador's diplomatic activities will further strengthen friendly relations between Armenia and India. "I'm confident; Armenia-India economic and political collaboration has great development potential," Tigran Sargsyan concluded.
In his turn, the ambassador gave high assessment to Armenian community's contribution to multicultural and multilingual Indian society.
The parties discussed bilateral collaboration in the spheres of agriculture and science as well as anti-crisis activities and Armenian-Indian intergovernmental committee sitting scheduled.
