Greek Foreign Minister rejects Turkish Premier's proposal
Greek Premier George Papandreou met with Russian and Turkish Foreign Ministers on the sidelines of OSCE Foreign Ministerial Council.

During the meeting, Mr. Papandreou rejected Recep Tayyip Erdogan's proposal to resolve the Cypriot issue by formation of two federal states on the island.

Greek Foreign Ministry proposed to include a clause on European security in the resulting statement of the OSCE Foreign Ministerial Council, Athens-based Azad Or newspaper reported.
