Armenian-Turkish protocols should be ratified by the Turkish side in a reasonable time,  Gagik Minasyan, chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on fiscal policy,  member of the Republican Party of Armenia told a press conference in Yerevan. According to him, Turkey is quite powerful and complex country, which we make unpredictable decisions. 

"I hesitate to make predictions about ratification of the Armenian-Turkish protocols, I can only state that the Turkish MPs, I have communicated told me that the Turkish parliament will ratify them," he said.  

According to Gagik Minasyan, the Armenian side believes this process can not last forever, and if this process is not completed within a reasonable time (within the first two months of 2010), the Armenian side is free to act in accordance with international law.
