Karabakh will join talks after final coordination of Madrid principles, said Gagik Melikyan, member of the RPA parliamentary group.

"Any agreement will be inadmissible for Armenia if it's not signed by NKR leadership," he told a news conference on Wednesday. "Nagorno Karabakh was never a part of independent Azerbaijan and we will press for international recognition of NKR."
