"The phenomenon has another negative aspect since April 23 marked the start of Armenia-Diaspora conflict," he stated.
Disagreeing to the above viewpoint, Alexander Iskandaryan added that Diaspora started Genocide recognition campaign much before Armenia's gaining independence. "Nevertheless, Armenian Diaspora will continue its struggle for the simple reason that Genocide recognition forms part of its self-identification," he stressed.
