Guillermo Tolosa becomes new IMF resident representative in Armenia
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met International Monetary Fund resident representative in Armenia Nienke Oomes , who has completed her mission in RA.

Nienke Oomes will be replaced by Guillermo Tolosa, who earlier worked at IMF Developing Markets Strategy Department. The Premier expressed gratitude to Nienke Oomes for her effective work and welcomed Guillermo Tolosa on his new position.
The parties exchanged views on world financial crisis -caused issues, with the Premier expressing hope RA -IMF collaboration will be effective in overcoming the crisis.

Nienke Oomes, for her part, stressed that IMF will continue promoting reforms in Armenia and offer assistance in overcoming pressing issues.
