First ladies of Armenia and Latvia attended the Cafesjian Center for Arts in Yerevan. They were accompanied by Natalya Nalbandian, the spouse of the RA Foreign Minister, and Albina Galoyan, the spouse of the RA Ambassador to Latvia.
