Coordinator of the committee on protection of Zhirayr Sefilyan's right to citizenship addressed an open letter to NKR President Bako Sahakyan, with a request to grant Honorable Shushi Citizen title to former commander of Shushi special battalion, Zhirayr Sefilyan.
