Parliamentary commission on March 1, 2008 events deliberately distorted facts
Representative of the Armenian National Congress Levon Zurabyan slammed the activities of the parliamentary commission on March 1, 2008 events.
"The commission headed by Samvel Nikoyan supported the authorities and avoided any criticism. It deliberately distorted the facts," he said. "The commission's report did not mention of 15 political prisoners while the Ombudsman failed to carry out his duties."
