Azerbaijan has launched ATV International, which will broadcast in Armenian, Farsi, English and Russian. The channel will focus on the history and culture of Azerbaijan as well as on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. News digests will be broadcast twice a day, 12-15 minutes in each language, Bakililar.AZ reported.
