Surb Ejmiatsin Church reopened in Tbilisi after a 5-year pause. The opening ceremony took place on January 6, 2010, with participation of head of Georgian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan, the faithful and representatives of Armenian community, reported Yerkramas, the newspaper of Armenians of Russia.
