The Turkish government makes every effort to ratify the Protocols on normalization of relations with Armenia without preconditions, Ahmet Davutoglu, Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs told a conference at London-based King's College.
Mr. Davutoglu emphasized that Ankara seeks both "to normalize relations with Yerevan, and to alleviate tensions in the region.""We expect to create a region, where drive from Baku via Nagorno-Karabakh, Yerevan and Nakhijevan to Kars," he said.
He believes that in order to resolve the problems in the Caucasus and to reduce tensions, high-level meetings should be held, Habertürk reported.
