The next bilateral meeting of Armenian President Robert Kocharian and Azeri President Heydar Aliyev is planned in March. To all appearance, the talks between the heads of the two states will be held in Almati where informal meeting of the leaders of CIS member states is to be held. Let us remind that OSCE Minsk Group American Ambassador Rudolf Perina stated lately that the next meeting of Robert Kocharian and Heydar Aliyev would be held after the Co-Chairs' visit to the region countries planned for the turn of February. The mediator found it difficult to say where the next round of negotiations would be held.
