The new generation of the Caucasian youth parted by the state and administrative borders should unite for the peaceful settlement of all the regional problems. As reported by RIA "Novosti", the declaration adopted at the First Congress of the Caucasian Youth held in the Russian town of Vladikavkaz runs. The necessity of "consolidation of efforts of the Caucasian youth organizations for achieving stability and peace in the region" is also pointed out in the declaration. About 200 representatives of youth organizations delegations of the Russian South Federal Okrug, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan participate in the congress.
