American Congress proved the 2002 foreign aid bill. According to this bill next year Armenian will be provided $90 million. Besides Washington will render additional $4 million of military financing and $300000 in military training. As it is known the foreign aid bill stipulates the granting the President the authority to waive Section 907 of the Freedom Support Act that restricts the assistance to Azerbaijan unless it lifts its blockade against Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. It is possible that the bill will have been signed by the President by the end of the year.
