Saturday, February 20, NKR President <b>Bako Sahakyan</b> participated in opening ceremony of reconditioned Child and Teen-age Creativity Center in Stepanakert.

Emphasizing role of the center in preservation of national culture, Bako Sahakyan expressed confidence that it would contribute to aesthetic education of children, through revealing and developing their creative abilities, Central Information Department of NKR President’s Office reported.
