Energy has not been distributed to refugee camp "Gizil ay" in Bard for four day and 1200 people have already lived in inhuman conditions for 8 years there. In order to attract the government's attention the people living in the camp made an attempt to block the highway to Baku. "Namus" party chairman Togrul Ibragimli says that he "does not exclude the possibility of the social burst in any region of Azerbaijan". According to him, "repetition of the last year events in Sheki is possible. There were mass disorders having social ground in that region last year.
