Chairman of the National Assembly of Armenia Armen Khachatrian, who is in Moscow on an official visit met with newly elected Speaker of the upper chamber of the Russian Parliament Sergey Mironov. Khachatrian discussed the prospects of developing inter-parliamentary relations with Chairman of the Federation Council. Yesterday the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament met with head of the Russian Orthodox Church Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexy II.
