OFFICIAL MOSCOW THINKS EUROPEAN COUNCIL JOINING KARABAKH SETTLEMENT TALKS MAKES NO SENSE
At today's conversation with Armenian National Assembly speaker Armen Khachatrayn, Russian Federation State Duma chairman Gennady Seleznev has stated that the Official Moscow can not even think that Karabakh can be seriously considered as a country engaged in the international terrorism and drugtraffic by anyone. The Russian parliament lower chamber head noted that the positions of Russia and Armenia completely agree regarding the issue of the format of the talks on the conflict settlement. Both Moscow and Yerevan think that at this stage there is no need for the European Council's participation in the talks held within the Minsk group framework.
