Armenia's National Assembly chairman Armen Khachatryan who is in Moscow with an official visit met Russia's State Duma speaker Gennady Seleznyov today. At the joint press conference that took place after the meeting the Russian parliament Lower chamber head noted that Armenian-Russian relations successfully developed in many different directions. He expressed content particularly with the efficiency of cooperation of the two legislative bodies of countries-allies. On the visit the Armenian parliament delegation members will meet with the heads of the factions and the representatives of Duma committees: the international committee, the committee for the CIS affairs, the committee on the defense. Yesterday the National Assembly deputies participated in the opening ceremony of the Center of Armenian language and culture.
