Heritage preparing written response to Erdogan's statement on expulsion of Armenians from Turkey
Heritage party condemns the statement of the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip  Erdogan on possible expulsion of allegedly 100 thousand illegal Armenian migrants from Turkey.

The party is preparing a document to address it to all member countries of the Council of Europe, as the Turkish Prime Minister's statement is a violation of Council of Europe's norms,  Heritage parliamentary group member Zaruhi Postanjyan told a briefing at the National Assembly of Armenia on March 19.

She also described the recent statement by the Assistant Secretary of State Philip Gordon that the U.S. government cannot put pressure on Congress in the matter of adoption of Resolution 252 on the Armenian Genocide as a political act with unclear consequences. "Recognition of the Armenian Genocide by Washington is necessary for the U.S. first of all," she said.
