ARF: the question of return of territories cannot be determined by one person
"The issue of return of territories in the NKR security zone cannot be solved by one person, whoever he is," Artush Shakhbazyan , MP from ARF Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary group told a news conference in Yerevan.

Commenting on the statement of the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about establishment of a historical subcommittee, the deputy said that the subcommittee will not discuss anything except the question of elimination of the Armenian Genocide consequences.
