VivaCell-MTS continues to popularize effective management model
VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian met with the students of "Anania Shirakatsy" University of International Relations and Yerevan Legal-Economical and Management base college.
The meeting was a good chance for the participants to get practical example of management skills including strategic planning and implementation, effective marketing and HR management, organization of team work based on the management by objectives principle. More in-depth information was obtained by the students during the comprehensive question and answer session following the lecture.
"The Career Development program we launched is coupled with our belief in our nation. Education and awareness are everybody's right that no one can deny. By implementing various projects in that sphere VivaCell-MTS aims at providing the specialists of tomorrow with a chance to get practical skills in addition to theoretical knowledge obtained at the universities," VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian stated.
"Time has come to share with what has been accumulated in the course of these 5 years. Responsible business should not underestimate cooperation with higher education institutions. The outcome of the business-education model is conditioned by the fundamental assumption of innovation: continuous innovation cannot take place in isolation and cannot be limited to the boundaries of a separate entity. That's why we are willing to extend our hand to our future generation," Ralph Yirikian noted.
