Ian Gillan: Music piracy is a pure theft
"Piracy swept the musical world. There was a time when I  contributed to dissemination of amateur records, considering it as a way to spread rock music," Ian Gillan , the leader of the legendary rock group Deep Purple told a press conference in Yerevan. However, he said, technology provides excellent opportunities for professional and high quality recording. "And people involved in piracy, and those who buy their products should be aware that this is a pure theft. This is the same as to grab a candy from a child or to steal a TV set, " Ian Gillan said.
