Armenian parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan sent a telegram of condolences to his Russian counterpart Sergey Mironov and State Duma Chairman Boris Gryzlov in connection with the terrorist act in the Moscow metro.

The telegram reads: "On behalf of the Republic of Armenia I express our deep condolences to the families and friends of the victims, we wish a quick recovery to those who suffered. Terrorism is an evil that threatens all humanity, to eradicate it is a common purpose of all countries and peoples," press office of the RA National Assembly reported.
