POLISH COMPANY READY TO INVEST IN HYDROELECTRIC PLANTS CONSTRUCTION IN ARMENIA
"Polenergy" Polish company is ready to invest 100 million dollars in construction of hydroelectric power plants in Armenia. The ways of realizing the projects proposed by the Polish side were subject of discussion at today's meeting of company head Pavel Kurashkevich with the Minister of Energy of Armenia Karen Galustian. Supposedly, building of an entire cascade of electric power stations on the Debed and Araks rivers is under consideration. The electric energy generated is planned to sell to third countries including Turkey.
