"ArmenTel" Communication Company has extended the term of reestablishment of the phone numbers of the subscribers having debts till 31 December 2001. As "ARKA" agency has been informed in the company department for the public relations, according to the leadership decision, the subscribers whose phone numbers were disconnected because of debts can use their phone numbers again. And they also have a right to pay 6000 drams instead of 24000. According to the statement issued by the company, the talks with the Armenian government on all the disagreements will start November 19 and will continue 60 days. During this process "ArmenTel" intends to waive the court examination against Armenia's government.
