There are around 50,680 users of Facebook social network in Armenia. According to data provided by Facebook to its advertisers, there are 22220 male and 26500 female users, while 39,400 users of the social network in Armenia are above 20.

According to statistics of Alexa.com rating system, U.S. Facebook.com social network is the second by the number of visits in Armenia. Today, the British and U.S. embassies in Armenia have their pages on Facebook. Meanwhile, the number of users of Russian Odnoklassniki.ru social network makes over 300,000 people in Armenia, while there are 155,083 users of another Russian popular social network - Vkontakte.ru.

The total number of Facebook active users is above 400mln worldwide and 70% of them live outside the U.S.
