The President will announce about the freezing of Armenia-Turkey normalization process in his televised address, according to Richard Giragosian, director of Armenian Center for National and International Studies.

“As to Armenian ruling coalition’s decision, it may be viewed as a leverage on Turkey, which is reluctant to normalize relations with any preconditions,” Mr. Giragosian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“The position of Armenia in this process is correct, now it's up to Turkey to show its sincerity in this process,” he said.
