RA Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan received a French delegation consisting of participants of the courses of the French Institutefor Science and InternationalSecurity, as well as members of the National Association of Auditors of France, the press service of the Ministry reported.

At the guests' request, Minister Gevorgyan briefed on Armenia's administrative and territorial structure, systems of local self-government and territorial administration. Besides, he answered numerous questions about the authority, rights and obligations of local self-government bodies and mechanisms for election of communities' governing bodies.

Armen Gevorgyan was honored with a medal of the French National Association of Auditors.
