Europe/Africa Zone Group II Fed Cup international team tennis competition for women was launched on April 29 in Yerevan.

As a result of a draw, 8 teams were divided in 2 groups: Group A, complete with Greece, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, South Africa teams; Group B comprised of Armenia, Finland, Georgia and Norway teams.

Armenia was defeated by Norway in the first tour on April 29, and will be rivaling Georgia in the next tour.
