May 11, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan addressed a letter of condolences regarding tragic deaths in Raspadskaya coal mine blast to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

“We deeply commiserate and share in the pain of the families of explosion victims,” the letter said, presidential press service reported.
