Turkey planning ‘psychological revolution’ in Caucasus

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that Turkey will carry out a ‘psychological revolution’ in the region.

“A car will freely cross Kars through Yerevan, Kelbajar and Aghdam towards Baku. We will change the sad destiny of the Caucasus,” Haber Turk quoted Davutoglu as saying.

“It’s necessary to make a revolution in the minds of people living in the conflict area. Turkey believes in success of its policy, which was a topic of discussion between Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev,” he said.
