Argentine Foreign Minister Jorge Taiana’s presence at the opening of Argentina’s Embassy in Yerevan proves that bilateral relations are entering a new stage, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated.

During the meeting with his Argentine counterpart, Minister Nalbandian expressed hope Mr. Taiana’s visit will promote collaboration between Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Argentina as well as help boosting high tech and cultural cooperation.

Mr. Taiana, in turn, emphasized the importance of expansion of bilateral ties.

The Argentine top diplomat is also expected to attend the Armenian Genocide Memorial.
