On May 22, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received Frantisek Miklosko, member and former speaker of the Slovak parliament, and Ashot Grigoryan, head of the Armenian community of Slovakia who arrived in Artsakh as observers to the coming parliamentary elections.

Mr. Sahakyan rated high impartial stance of Slovakia towards this crucial event, as “the presence of such an experienced political figure at the elections is the best manifestation of it.”

Frantisek Miklosko noted for his part that “the future of Europe is determined in Artsakh.”

The participants also focused on ways to settle the conflict between Karabakh and Azerbaijan, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
