Signing Protocols in Zurich, Turkey put itself in a difficult situation

Signing Protocols in Zurich, Turkey put itself in a difficult situation, according to New York Institute of Democracy and Cooperation director Andranik Mihranyan.

According to the expert, we can maintain neighbourly relations with Turkey without forgetting what it’s capable of.

As he stated in a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, currently Turkey is under major pressure inflicted by U.S., EU and Russia. “While I took part in Turkish Armenian Reconciliation Commission work, Turks used to say: “we mustn’t be pressured; still, we can’t do anything without pressure.” It’s been 10 years. Nothing has changed since,” Mihranyan said.

Dwelling on international structures statements on non-recognition of NKR elections, Mihranyan noted them to be noncommittal by nature.
