On June 10, Armenian Minister of Economy Nerses Yeritsyan received newly appointed Austrian Ambassador to Armenia Michael Postl.

The Ambassador said that he will contribute to the process of finding new opportunities in the Armenian-Austrian economic and business ties, the Ministry’s press service reported. He also said that a group of Austrian businessmen will pay a fact-finding visit to Armenia in June 2010.

For his part, Mr. Yeritsyan attached importance to cooperation with the European Union and referred to the important process of negotiations on EU-Armenia deep and comprehensive free trade agreement.
