The Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) issued Raffi-175 gold commemorative coin dedicated to the birth anniversary of the Armenian writer and publicist, as well as Vahan Terian-125 gold commemorative coin dated to the birth anniversary of the Armenian poet. The nominal value of coins totals AMD 10000, the CBA press service reported.

Besides, the Central Bank issued silver commemorative coins: Leo-150 - dedicated to the birth anniversary of the Armenian historian, publicist and writer (with nominal value of AMD 1000); Vardgez Sureniants-150 – dedicated to the birth anniversary of the Armenian painter (with nominal value of AMD 100); Leonid Yengibarov-75 – dedicated to the birth anniversary of the Armenian circus artist, clown and mime; Movses Khorenatsi-1600 – dedicated to the birth anniversary of the prominent medieval historian, the author of the History of Armenia.
