International Economic Forum kicks off in St. Petersburg

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum opened on June 18, with leaders of post soviet countries discussing prospects of economy development, Radio Mayak reports.

Russia’s First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov informed that the final decision on formation of a Customs Union will be taken during a meeting of the EurAsEC intergovernmental council on July 15.

“Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan are negotiating basic agreements for the Union,” he said.
