Armenia’s major tax payers increased the import volumes by 33.1%, bringing the total amount to AMD 60bln in April 2010, the RA State Revenue Committee said.

The rate is conditioned by import of expensive equipment by 10 entities.

The customs payments grew by 23.9% during the reporting period.
